At the end of May we had a sleepover with Marco! Both kids were super excited.
First the boys played baseball.
Olive cheered from the sidelines.
Next up - Mickey nuggets
And mini-cupcake cheers.
We played games and the kid watched a little Jake and the Neverland Pirates before bedtime.
I wasn't sure what to expect with putting three kids down in one room but it was pretty much a success with minor issues. Both boys started out on sleeping bags on the floor (the trundle part of Nikos' bed currently holds clothes and not a mattress) with Olive and her crib. Olive decided that she didn't want to go to bed so she cried and threw ever thing (stuffed animal, bop, scabie baby, pacifier) out of her crib multiple times. How did they get back in her crib you say? Poor sweet Marco kept retrieving them for her. Nikos on the other hand was passed out. I had to go into the room and tell Marco to not give her stuff back to her because then she wouldn't learn her lesson and you should have seen his little face - so cute. I ended up moving Olive into our room so Marco could go to sleep and when they were both asleep (about 20 minutes later) I just put her back in her crib. Easy peasy!
The next day the kids still couldn't get enough of Marco so met up with Jeff and Sarah and Marco for lunch at Jack London Square.
And back at home later Olive spent the afternoon trying on several different looks.
Princess Tinkerbell
A little Berkeley Boho with some East Village mixed in.
