Going on a Bear Hunt
As you know, I can't say enough about how much we love LOVE Nikos' preschool. Recently the kids in his class have been into bears, I think it started when they read the Going on a Bear Hunt book in class. One of the projects they did in class was to create a bear out of clay. His teachers later told me that Nikos was really into the project - all the kids created bears and then he wanted to create a cave to go with his bear as well.
His bear is in the middle - the white pieces on the bottom of the bear are his teeth, which apparently he was very intent in getting correct.

When I asked him to pose with his sculpture he was so proud it was adorable.

Nikos will be a great student! I just wish he could have Ms Rasmussen. Grandma is proud of him!
Just love Niko's creativity and imagination!
