In case you are wondering, there is a limited amount of times that you can use your empty Venti cup as a flem spit cup before they kick you out of Starbucks. Apparently, the magic number is eight. EIGHT. Maybe they let you go a little longer in Berkeley...
So now we are at Jimmy Beans. Yes, we are pimping the wireless locations in the neighborhood. In between my last post and now I had a little bit of a screaming match with the incompetent tech support at Linksys. I mean, I am all for the ESL worker but when you just keep repeating yourself like a freaking robot it can a little bit drive a person crazy. Especially a person with a fever, spitting up flem, living in house that has no inside doors or countertops. But really - train some of your f***ing workers on the Mac system.
Okay, enough venting. On to Thanksgiving!
We were so fortunate this year to spend the holiday with a bunch of our family in Tahoe. Per Kienzle tradition, we reserved a bunch of timeshares and traded dinners at each place throughout the week building up to Thanksgiving. Taki and I hosted Sarah's Grandma's lasagna (a huge hit from last year) and we again received lots of praise.
Please enjoy some pictures below from Turkey Day.
Welcome to the Kienzle Family Thanksgiving 2007!
Most people take a nap AFTER dinner. Niko wanted to mix things up a bit.
Niko was seriously obsessed with my Dad carving the turkey. He couldn't get enough of it!
Taki, on the other hand, did not find my Dad's carving ability so exciting.
Hee hee, a picture says a thousand words.
Apparently, sweet potatoes were not a Thanksgiving treat. Maybe he should have had some of the ones Aunt Barbara made!
The Big Table (reservations only).
Table for two please.
Kids' Table.
Group Picture.
The new couple...Linda and Atone. Stay tuned to see if they take a Christmas picture together as well...
