Quack Quack

I can't say enough about how much I love Niko's preschool. It is a play-based school and I love watching how much he really enjoys learning through all of the different activities at the school. Right now his class is into transportation (trains), superheroes and cooking. Last week they made their own peanut butter and then made pb&j sandwiches for snack. Earlier this year the Wood Ducks (his classroom) started a plot in the school's smaller garden and the spinach that they planted is ready to be harvested so they are going to make spinach dip on Thursday. (Can't wait to hear if Nikos actually tries it!) He just loves to go to school every day and I am so excited for Olive to start there as a Duckling later this year.

It looks like they had some superhero play today...
