Back to Monterey

A few weekends ago we were finally able to head back down to Monterey to take advantage of our season passes to the aquarium. This time we were lucky enough to catch my parents between vacations so they joined us for the fun.

This time Nikos "graduated" into the bigger kids water play area (the last few times he has played in the toddler water area.) His favorite thing was the water jets that you use to shoot different plastic toys (starfish, sea anemones, etc.) After playing for these for about twenty minutes we asked him if he wanted to go down to the touch pool and see the real starfish. His response "Can I shoot them?" Nice.

Before we left Nikos wanted to show Grammy and Pop-Pop the waterfall. You may want to turn your speakers down so his girl scream does not blow your eardrums.

We had a great visit and hope to make it back again next month.
