Update

Thanks for all of your thoughts, prayers and well wishes. The surgery went as well as it could have (according to the doc.) I have to say, just hearing this was a huge relief - especially in comparison to the last time a doctor came out to talk to me after Taki's surgery! Of course, the cavaet is we don't really know how successful it was since we haven't seen the results yet. They bandaged his eye up while he was still out, and since, when you are under anaesthesia, the eye isn't in true position, not even the doctor knows the result. Our follow up is tomorrow at 1pm - so don't uncross your fingers yet...unless of course, they are cramping up in that position.

Meanwhile the patient is doing well, I even ordered Roundtable for him last night (blech!) to make him happy.

Also, special thanks to Sarah who ferried the kids to daycare yesterday morning while we were at the hospital. Enjoy this pic she sent me of their ride to dc (Baby O will not be happy with this pic when she is older - ha!)
